In my early traveling days, I embarked on a journey through the heart of Europe. Countries like France, the Netherlands, Germany, the Czech Republic, and others awaited my arrival. However, these experiences left me unenthused and with zero interest (more on that in another post). Fast forward to my introduction to the United Kingdom in 2007, a pivotal moment that would eventually shape the trajectory of my travel adventures.
I was 16 years old at the time and had the opportunity to explore the beautiful landscapes of the UK. It was a summer adventure that allowed me to witness the beautiful interplay between rain and sunshine, and the rolling hills adorned with vibrant greenery. I have fond memories of driving with my family on the twisting roads that revealed the secrets and beauty of nature.
It wasn’t until a decade later, in 2019, that I finally saw UK again, yet Scotland wasn’t one of the places. I spent my time in London.
By the late 2021, I was living in Edinburgh, Scotland's historical capital. While there, I explored the city and went on a journey through the Highlands. I visited museums, castles, and palaces, ate farm-to-table food, and went on hikes with stunning views. As I experienced Scotland's charm and started a little romance with this amazing country, I felt a strong urge to share this enchanting destination with others. Little did I know, this was the initial spark that later ignited to start my own travel business.
